Chinese Clock

You may use this clock chart as a cross-reference to assess your
“Kundalini-waking-up-at-night” episodes and how they relate to your physiology
according to Chinese medicine.
The Chinese
Clock:
Every two hours a "special extra energy packet of
Chi" moves from one
meridian to the next. During the two hours in which the
Chi is coursing
through the specific meridian, it bathes that meridian and
highlights its
functioning on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual).
There is a pathway (superficial to the deep meridians) that
connects one
meridian sequentially to the next. Many times if there is
symptoms of
imbalance (insomnia, emotional instability, physical pain etc)
which show up
at a specific time, it may mean that there is an imbalance in
that meridian.
Also, many times the imbalance may show up around (give or take
15 minutes)
the cusp of the transition time the "special packet"
is moving from one
meridian to the next. (for example 2:59 AM to 3:00 AM in which
the packet
transfers from the liver meridian to the lung meridian).
Be as it may here is the time
